Families are reminded that the computer lunch payment program is a debit system.  It is not intended to extend credit.

Please check the balance in your cafeteria account and pay any balance due, pay any balance due and send a deposit

from which to deduct the cost of student lunches.  Your cooperation ensures the continuation of this convenient program.

Christmas Treasurers - a Mychal's Message project

Will you help?  Mychal's Message is currently preparing stockings filled with toiletries and Christmas treasurers for needy men, women and children.  Will you help fill those stockings?  Below is a list of items needed.  Please drop your toiletries and "treasurers" off in the bin located in the lobby of St. Leo the Great School.  Thank you!

Christmas Concert - Tuesday, December 16h at 7 p.m. in the church.  Grades Kindergarten, Second, Fourth, Sixth and Seventh Grades will be participating.  All are welcome to attend.

Internet Safety Presentation - All parents and parishioners are invited to attend this presentation on Wednesday, December 17th

at 7 p.m., St. Leo the Great School Gym. Click download for more information.

9th Annual Student Christmas Breakfast - Thursday, December 18th - The Faculty and Staff will be preparing and serving breakfast to all students as they come to school. The sit-down breakfast will consist of Pancakes, Sausage, Milk or Orange Juice and Cereal for those that do not wish to partake of the above mentioned culinary delights.

Attention Volunteers:  All volunteers must complete the Diocesan on-line training course "Creating a Safe Environment"

by December 31, 2008.  Any questions, please call the school office.

Picture Retakes - Lifetouch will be here Tuesday, January 13, 2009 for picture retakes.  Students must bring in their old picture package on that day. Any student who was absent on November 6th will also have their picture taken.

Only students getting their picture taken on January 13th may dress-up.

Wellness Updates

St. Leo is pleased to announce that the school has been designated a "Keystone Healthy Zone school."  This designation has been made possible by the work of our new Wellness Committee.
